George is a University Oregon graduate with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master Degree from George Washington University in educational technology. His professional career has been continuous since 1975 and began in Medford, Oregon, then later on the Oregon coast since 1983.
He was a planner for Curry County and wrote many planning reports and presented planning reports to the planning commission prior to their voting.
